HOW TO COMMISSION
-Please Email me on [email protected] a COMPLETE ACCURATE REFERENCE/S of your Character. After I have answered your Email ACCEPTING of your commission, then we can talk further about the specifics such as; Expressions, Poses , etc of your commission.-IF I decline your commission, you will get an email of declination.

>>I ONLY ACCEPT PAYPAL INVOICE AS PAYMENT.>> Payments are payed upfront in FULL after approval of sketch. I will not start on your commission until I receive payment.>>Commissioners do not receive the commercial rights to any work by default. If a commissioner wants commercial rights to a character they will need to pay a buyout price or negotiate royalties.>>You cannot use my art as NFT/AI TRAINING in any way, shape, or form.>>I retain all distribution rights and ownership of my illustrations.>>NO REFUNDS DURING, AFTER ILLUSTRATING YOUR COMMISSION. Unless I cannot do your commission suddenly due to personal life reasons, life events, etc. If I have made 0 progress on your commission you will get 100% full refund of your payment back, if I have made significant progress (Sketch/Line art). You will recieve 75% of your payment back. If I have done LINE ART and FLAT COLORS/unfinished RENDERING on your commission, you will recieve 50% of your payment refunded.>>I reserve the right to decline any commission at my own discretion.>> Editing of piece in sketch phase, are PROHIBITED. Descriptions or your own sketche's are appreciated.>>ETA for a commission can be within the week of accepting the commission, 2 weeks or a month depending on workload.CONFIDENTIALITYYou and I both agree that we will not knowingly share any private information gained during use of this Service. The exception to this is any disclosure required to complete the Service. Private information is:
a. Any names, e-mail addresses, physical addresses, dates of birth, or other information that could reasonably be deemed personally identifiable.
b. Any information relating to my business that is not made readily available and public, including the cost of this Service.
c. Any account information, including but not limited to Skype, Facebook, Paypal, bank accounts, or otherwise.USAGE RIGHTS
As a commissioner you can:
Repost artwork on your social media sites, with credits in description
Edit/crop the artwork and use it as icons, banners, etc.
Print the artwork for your own use
Print the artwork and give it to a friendAS A COMMISSIONER YOU CAN'T:
Use the artwork for commercial purposes (e.g. selling prints), unless you purchased full Image Rights
Claim that you drew the artwork
Create NFT from any of my artworks
Feed my artworks to any kind of AI
